Servicios Tecnológicos DigiMed S.A. de C.V. ("DIGIMED") provides this Privacy Notice pursuant to Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), its Regulations, and other applicable provisions.

Personal data we may process
Depending on the context, DIGIMED may process: name, email, phone, company/institution, address, tax/invoicing data, payment data, professional/resume data, help desk ticket and training platform data, browsing data (cookies/online identifiers), and any other information voluntarily provided.
Sensitive data: In certain services, DIGIMED may have access to patients' medical information. Such data is processed strictly to operate the applications, under the Controller's instructions, and protected with role-based access controls.
Collection channels
Data may be collected through website forms, email, WhatsApp/messaging, phone calls, contracts, cookies and tracking technologies, online chat, social media, systems deployed at customers, help desk ticketing, and training applications/platforms.
Purposes
Primary (necessary)
Respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, contracting and service delivery, technical support and tickets, invoicing, customer service, SaaS operations, project/customer record management, operation of medical/forensic systems as instructed, training platform administration, and legal/contractual compliance.
Secondary (not necessary)
Commercial communications, marketing/promotions, newsletters, internal statistics, recruitment, and use of selected cases for educational/training purposes, always anonymized and without identifying individuals.

Transfers
DIGIMED may carry out domestic and international transfers as needed to cloud/hosting providers, email/collaboration providers, external platforms (analytics/CRM/help desk), invoicing providers, payment platforms, affiliates, business partners (when applicable), and competent authorities when legally required.
Medical information: transferred only when strictly necessary to operate the application and protected through security controls (RBAC, least privilege, and technical/administrative safeguards).
Security
DIGIMED implements reasonable technical, administrative, and physical safeguards, including access controls, authentication, confidentiality policies, logging/monitoring, and role-based access controls.
Retention
Personal data is retained for the duration of the business relationship and for 5 additional years, or longer if required by applicable laws.
ARCO rights
Data subjects may exercise Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition (ARCO) rights by emailing privacidad@digimed.mx. Requests should include:
- Name of the data subject
- Clear description of the request
- Response contact method
- Proof of identity/representation
Consent withdrawal
You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing privacidad@digimed.mx. Withdrawal will not have retroactive effect and, in certain cases, it may limit our ability to provide services or comply with legal/contractual obligations.
Limitation of use or disclosure
You may request to limit the use or disclosure of your personal data, especially for secondary purposes (e.g., marketing), and request inclusion in internal suppression lists (when applicable), by emailing privacidad@digimed.mx.
Medical data: where medical information is processed within customers' platforms, DIGIMED acts as a Processor and the customer is the Controller; in those cases requests should be submitted to the Controller, although you may email privacidad@digimed.mx to help route and coordinate the request under the Controller's instructions.
